Job Summary
The Operations Management Specialist (Mandarin Speaking) is responsible for
managing inventory operations,
material control, and
inventory analysis to support efficient production processes and ensure inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations and on-site inventory control for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
- Monitor inventory levels, evaluate inventory turnover, and support the optimization of inventory structure.
- Coordinate material receiving and issuance activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and conduct regular stock-taking activities.
- Conduct material balance analysis to support production planning and cost control initiatives.
- Identify and assess slow-moving and excess inventory, and provide recommendations to improve inventory utilization and management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language or a related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 5-6 or equivalent is preferred.)
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, inventory analysis, or production statistics.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, functions, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication, coordination, organizational, and coaching/training skills.
