Key Responsibilities - Analyze inventory data to support business decision-making - Monitor stock levels across stores and warehouses to ensure optimal inventory balance (stock level optimization) - Plan and control stock allocation and replenishment to ensure efficiency - Track product movement, including sales, inbound stock, and stock transfers - Analyze slow-moving and fast-moving products and propose inventory management solutions - Support Buying and Merchandising teams in purchasing and stock planning decisions - Prepare inventory performance reports such as stock turn, sell-through rate, and aging stock - Ensure data accuracy between inventory systems and retail stores - Support regular stock counts and stock audits - Coordinate with Retail, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory operations - Propose cost-saving initiatives and improve inventory management efficiency Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field - 1–3 years of experience in Inventory, Supply Chain, or Merchandising support roles - Strong analytical skills and good understanding of business data and numbers - Proficient in Excel (e.g., Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, or intermediate formulas) - Experience with ERP, POS, or inventory management systems is an advantage - Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of data - Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple teams Retail industry experience is an advantage - Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation
