Inventory and Cost Control Officer (Sub-contractor)

Job Scope

Support process NMT Inventory control GR, GI and reconciliation GL account related to Secondary material, Spare parts, Steel, Coil and Plastic. Coordinate with the Press Shop, Injection Shop and PM Shop and solve issue related to raw material and supply used in P2P systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Check the invoice of secondary material, spare part, steel coil, plastic, oil and gas from function and summary report sent to AP Division.
• Support and coordinate with MFG function about operation of GR/IR inventory in P2P systems.
• Reconcile interface data related inventory transaction from P2P systems to SAP systems.
• At month end summary report of NMT material expenses and send to it related manufacturing departments.
• Support PIT activity with function and perform PIT report.
• Perform Balance Sheet reconcile GL account related to Raw Material and Supply used by monthly.
• Ad-hoc project support, if any

Basic Skills Required

• Negotiation skills and ability to work under high pressure
• Good skills in the operation of telephone equipment.
• Good interpersonal relations and positive thinking

Job Specific Skills Required

• Fair command of English communication.
• Good skills in communication and interpersonal.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge in SAP application

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Some experienced in administrative documentation and basic accounting tasks
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
