Inventory Executive - WCAN

Responsibilities:

• Managed order management and inventory control activities to ensure accurate stock availability and efficient operations.
• Maintained inventory accuracy and integrity through regular monitoring, reconciliation, and inventory control practices.
• Conducted daily inspections of incoming and outgoing machines and spare parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Coordinated with requesters on order confirmations, scheduling, and documentation.
• Performed inventory reconciliation between the in-house tracking system and physical stock counts, resolving discrepancies when required.
• Supported annual stock take activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Monitored inventory movements and maintained optimal stock levels to support operational requirements.
• Performed timely and accurate data entry for stock transactions and inventory movements.

Qualifications:

• Min 2 years of experience in warehouse inventory management, stock control, and inventory movement.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
• Quick learner with excellent attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy in all assigned tasks.
