YAVIS STORE COMPANY LIMITED is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Associate to join our team in Bangkok. As Inventory Management Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's inventory management processes, ensuring efficient stock control and optimizing supply chain operations. This is a full-time position based in our Bangkok office.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and implementing effective inventory management strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Monitoring and analysis inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
- Coordinating with the purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely procurement and distribution of goods
- Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems and procedures
- Conducting regular stock checks and audits to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Reporting on inventory performance and providing recommendations to senior management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory processes and optimise workflows
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Proficient in using inventory management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
