Inventory Manager (Makro Fresh Mahachai)

Responsibilities

• He/She has to responsible for managing, controlling, and monitoring stock accuracy to be achieved KPI of DHL and Customer.
• Identify the problem from operations procedures related to stock accuracy, and propose the solution to make effective/efficiency in operations processes.
• Plan improve inventory control for makeup performance, design solution audit stock movement correctly information in system and balance stock between DHL and Customer.
• To supervise Inventory team leaders in performing day-to-day Inventory work so that the assigned work is control as planned and completed as scheduled in the manner that complies with the set standards, processes, procedures, work instructions and SOPs.
• Develop team leaders to be stronger in Inventory Control Logic and people management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field. (Supply Chain Management or Accounting is preferred).
• At least 5-7 years experiences in Inventory field, Logistics or Warehouse Management, at management level.
• Understand on WMS system, WMOS, is advantage.
• Excellent command of English, PC Literacy, Strong interpersonal / effective communication skills in relationship with Customers.
• Ability to work independently, conscientiously and under pressure.
• Knowledge of Fresh and Frozen product.
• Good balance of Result and Respect approach.
• Willing to work at abnormal hours, on weekend and holiday
• Able to understand English and good communication in Thai
