Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Control and maintain inventory accuracy in warehouse operations.
  • Monitor and resolve daily inventory discrepancies (Backflush & COGI).
  • Analyze inventory variance and identify root causes. -Review inventory control reports and prepare weekly/monthly summaries.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation and support cycle count activities.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Production and related departments.
  • Generate reports and present inventory performance.
  • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately in SAP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse or Logistics.
  • Experience using SAP is required.
  • Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Knowledge of Inventory Control processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to travel to work independently (No company transportation provided).
