Investment & Strategy Associate (Venture Capital) (Chinese Speaking)- Chairman Office

Role Summary

Support the Chairman's Office in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting strategic research, and preparing executive-level analyses to support business and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.

* Perform financial analysis and valuation.

* Support due diligence and investment evaluations.

* Prepare investment memoranda and executive presentations.

* Monitor portfolio companies and market developments.

* Support strategic initiatives and cross-border projects.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.

* 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or Transaction Advisory.

* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

* Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.

* Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese a must
