Investment Planning & Analysis is responsible for leading the evaluation and development of investment opportunities by conducting strategic assessments, commercial evaluations, financial analyses, and investment planning to support informed investment decisions and sustainable business growth.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, financial planning, investment banking, transaction advisory, business development, or related functions.
- Experience in financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and business case development.
- Experience supporting investment transactions, due diligence, or strategic investment projects is preferred.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, mixed-use development, or infrastructure investment is an advantage.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge
- Understanding investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and business case development.
- Knowledge of corporate finance, investment processes, due diligence, and transaction execution.
- Familiarity with financial statements, investment performance analysis, and capital investment principles.
