Investment Analyst

Overall Purpose of the Role

Investment Supervisor / Investment Department is responsible for conducting investment analysis, project feasibility studies, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making for new property development projects. This role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate evaluation of investment opportunities, enhance business growth, and manage risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Analysis & Feasibility Study

- Conduct feasibility studies for property development and new business projects.

- Develop and monitor financial models for low-rise, high-rise, and new business development projects.

- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support management's investment decisions.

2. Joint Venture (JV) Support

- Serve as a key liaison between the company and JV partners throughout the project.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and JV partners to ensure alignment on project objectives, financial performance, and key milestones.

- Support JV partners by providing required documents, reports, and analysis in a timely and accurate manner.

3. Reporting & Monitoring

- Prepare and maintain project reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports, covering project progress, financial performance, and key issues.

- Monitor project performance and compare actual results with financial projections.

4. Coordination & Project Support

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Project Development, Finance , Accounting and Legal to gather information and support investment assessments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

- 35 years of experience in Investment Analysis, Business Development, or Corporate Finance within the real estate industry.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Good understanding of real estate development cost structures and market analysis.

- Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and presentation skills
