Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corporate financial models, business cases, and valuations to support strategic decisions, investment opportunities, and capital budgeting.

• Lead feasibility studies and due diligence for M&A, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships.

• Monitor industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess and execute investment strategies aligned with business growth plans.

• Engage with banks, investors, and external advisors on financing, capital markets, or fundraising initiatives.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and financial materials for internal and external stakeholders.

• Support board-level communications and investment committee reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, strategy consulting, or a similar role

• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

• Proven experience in deal execution (M&A, fundraising, or corporate investments).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Familiarity with data center or digital infrastructure is preferred (not a requirement).

• Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written).
