Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify industry trends
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on targeted companies
- Conduct valuation analysis of the investment opportunities including preparing financial model, identifying key value drivers and risk factors, and performing sensitivity analysis
- Conduct due diligence and review transaction documents
- Assist on the execution and financing of investment opportunities including negotiation, drafting transaction documents, and designing investment structure
- Produce regular investment updates and portfolio monitoring
- Assist portfolio companies to help them grow their businesses and maximize investment value.
- Execute ad-hoc projects and other business opportunities.
- Conduct the financial due diligence.
- Build financial modelling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs or master&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- At least 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields
- CFA and FA license is highly advantageous.
