Investment Banking Analyst

Analyst

Analysts work on a variety of assignments, often simultaneously, ranging from financial advisory, feasibility studies, mergers & acquisitions, and project financing/loan syndications. Analysts receive a general introduction to financial analysis, financial modeling, presentations and exposure to a variety of business scenarios and financial products.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate or graduate degree with a major in finance,

accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.

• Prior experience or internship in investment banking, corporate finance, valuation, transaction advisory, consulting, private equity, or related fields is preferred

• CFA and Financial Advisory license preferred, but not required.

Skills

• High proficiency in working in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work under deadline pressure and detail oriented

• Excellent problem solving skills, analytic ability, and strong work ethics

• Be a team player, must be self-motivated and entrepreneurial

• Have very strong quantitative, technical, data management and research skills
