Investment Banking Associate Equity Capital Markets (ECM)

Our client, a leading investment banking firm, is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its Regional Investment Banking & Advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of ECM and corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, equity fundraising and advisory mandates.
• Prepare pitch books, client presentations, valuation analyses and financial models.
• Conduct company, industry and market research to support transaction execution.
• Assist in due diligence, transaction documentation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) is highly preferred.
• Alternatively, at least 3 years of experience in Equity Sales or Equity Research within an investment bank or securities firm.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and corporate finance knowledge.
• Degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
