As our firm is undergoing significant growth, we are looking for multiple investment banking associates to join our Investment Banking team. You will take full ownnership of M&A deal with full support from our legal and accountant team. This include financial modeling, support deal execution, marketing, negotiation, and M&A advisory for Thai SMEs from start to closing.
1) What You'll Do:
From Start...
- Build valuation models to assess potential deals
- Create marketing materials such as teasers and CIMs
- Prepare and present pitches to potential buyers or investors
- Help secure Letters of Intent (LOIs)
- Support the due diligence process
- Assist in closing the deal

2) What We're Looking For:
- 2 or more years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
- Succesfully close sell-side M&A deal(s) before
- Communicate in both Thai and English
