Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Investment Banking team in Singapore, engaging with colleagues across Southeast Asia and internationally.
- Focus on mergers and acquisitions, advisory services on strategic investments, and private fundraising across the region.
- Conduct regular coverage of financial sponsors and local corporations to identify, incubate, and execute relevant transactions.
- Support and actively participate in new business origination efforts.
- Lead junior bankers during transaction executions to ensure efficient collaboration with international teams.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations that effectively communicate key insights.
- Manage critical aspects of business and financial due diligence, and draft marketing materials.
- Review and negotiate transaction documentation to align with client and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investment advisory, and private fundraising across Southeast Asia.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully executing relevant transactions.
- Established network and relationships with financial sponsors and local corporations in the Southeast Asia region.
- Strong self-motivation, adaptability, and a passion for handling cross-border transactions.
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues globally.
