Investment Banking Executive

Job Description:

• Understand in-depth industry road map and customer's operation, financial model, business and owner's issues.

• Analyze, propose and develop total fund-raising solution (debt, hybrid, REITs, Syndication and structured finance)

• Create case strategy to win mandate and successfully deliver such solution.

• Collaborate and build such strong relationship with customer and total stakeholder

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance or Economic or related fields

• At least 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Market transactions, lending, Financial Advisory, corporate consulting, Credit Analyst - Corporate size, Auditor Advisory or related fields

• Possess a strong foundation in finance, accounting and mathematics.

• Possess strong negotiation, team-working, analytical and presentation skills.

• Are hard-working and able to work under pressure.

• CFA charter holder is preferable.
