1. Investment Banking Senior Manager to SVP (Financial Advisory Focus)
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Provide financial advisory services across capital raising, debt structuring, and strategic financing solutions.
- Lead transactions involving Bond, Debt Market Bond debentures, property funds, and related instruments.
- Originate and execute fundraising mandates for corporate and institutional clients.
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support advisory recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements; FA (Financial Advisor) license is required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including Csuite and institutional stakeholders.
- Oversee deal execution, documentation review, and coordination with legal, accounting, and banking partners.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
2. Fund Manager Thai Equity
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Manage Thai equity portfolios with a focus on delivering consistent riskadjusted returns.
- Conduct fundamental research, company analysis, and sector studies within the Thai market.
- Execute investment strategies in line with the fund's mandate and risk controls.
- Monitor market trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory developments affecting Thai equities.
- Prepare investment reports, presentations, and performance updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Fund Manager license is required under local regulatory guidelines.
- CFA or CISA Level 23 qualifications are considered a strong advantage.
- Collaborate with research teams, compliance, risk management, and distribution channels to support fund activities.
