Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of banks and other investors in Thailand, explore potential bank cooperation resources, establish long-term and stable strategic cooperative relationships, and promote the implementation of capital cooperation for photovoltaic power plant projects.
- Lead business negotiations with bank investors, accurately convey the investment value and advantages of the company's photovoltaic power plant projects, formulate targeted capital cooperation plans, and strive for favorable financing terms and capital support conditions.
- Be responsible for the whole process of photovoltaic power plant project financing, including financing plan planning, data collation, due diligence coordination, contract negotiation and signing follow-up, to ensure that funds are in place on time and in full.
- In-depth understanding of local financial policies, bank credit policies and photovoltaic industry financing environment in Thailand, timely grasp market dynamics, and provide professional suggestions for the adjustment of the company's project financing strategy.
- Coordinate with the company's project, finance and other departments to complete data analysis, report writing and internal communication and coordination related to financing, ensuring the smooth progress of financing projects.
- Maintain relationships with existing cooperative bank investors, regularly communicate project progress, timely solve fund-related problems in the cooperation process, and improve partner satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, economics, business administration, energy related fields is preferred.
- With 3 years or more of experience in PV project investor development, or have worked in bank lending departments on investment and credit approval of photovoltaic power plants and other energy projects, familiar with the financing process and rules of the photovoltaic industry.
- Those with resources of local banks or financial institutions in Thailand are preferred; those who understand the financing policies and market environment of PV projects in Thailand are preferred.
- Have excellent business negotiation capabilities, resource integration capabilities and market development capabilities, with successful cases of energy project financing or investor development in the past.
- English can be used as the working language, with fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and able to independently complete English business negotiations, contract drafting and document writing.
- Have strong logical thinking ability, data analysis ability and problem-solving ability, work rigorously and responsibly, have strong pressure resistance, and be able to adapt to business trips in Thailand.
Pay range and compensation package
