Your Contribution to Our Growth

We are seeking an Investment Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our lending activities. This role sits at the core of the fund's execution layer, ensuring that all operational processes across onboarding, lending activities, collateral management, and reporting are handled accurately and efficiently.

You will be responsible for managing borrower interactions, monitoring collateral health, executing margin calls, and handling asset movements via custody infrastructure. This is a hands-on role requiring both operational rigor and familiarity or deep interest with digital asset workflows. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on maintaining operational excellence across the full lifecycle of fund activity.

The position is best suited for someone with experience in financial services operations, middle office, or fund administration who is comfortable managing multiple workflows and thrives in a structured, execution-focused environment.

This is a 1-year contract (with strong potential for extension). The role is hybrid (2-3 days in office), based in Bangkok (office in Central World).

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain relationships with borrowers, serving as the primary operational point of contact
• Monitor loan positions and collateral ratios on a continuous basis
• Execute margin calls and coordinate with borrowers on collateral top-ups or repayments
• Oversee collateral and capital movements using Fireblocks, including deposits, withdrawals, and whitelisting
• Track and reconcile all lending activity, ensuring accurate internal records and reporting
• Coordinate with trading and investment teams to support lending operations
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to settlements, transfers, and borrower activity
• Maintain internal processes and improve operational workflows over time

We'd Love to See

• 35 years of experience in operations, middle office, or back office roles at asset management or financial services firms
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously without errors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with global clients and stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
• Basic understanding of lending, collateral management, and risk concepts
• Familiarity or deep interest with crypto infrastructure, including wallets, custody solutions, and transaction flows
• Prior experience in crypto lending, DeFi, or digital asset funds
• Familiarity with stablecoins and on-chain transaction processes
• Experience handling margining, collateral management, or credit operations
