Single Family Office | Singapore

We are a privately held, Asia based family office with a long‑term investment horizon across all assets class globally both in public and private markets. As our investment platform continues to grow, we are seeking a detail‑oriented and commercially minded Investment Operations professional to support the full investment lifecycle and institutionalise best‑in‑class operational practices.

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of investments, finance, and external managers. You will be responsible for the operational execution and oversight of private market investments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and robust controls across portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end operational processes for public and/or private market investments
  • Maintain and reconcile investment records, cash flow schedules, and portfolio tracking across multiple asset classes
  • Coordinate with fund managers, administrators, custodians, banks, and internal finance teams
  • Review fund documentation, capital call and distribution notices, financial statements, and investor reports
  • Support NAV reviews, performance reporting, and systems data integrity
  • Assist in operational due diligence for new funds and co‑investments
  • Help design and improve workflows, controls, and reporting frameworks to support portfolio growth
  • Provide ad‑hoc analytical and operational support to the investment team and principals

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, middle office, or a related role
  • Strong familiarity with public and private markets fund structures
  • Solid understanding of NAV statements, capital account mechanics, fund documentation, and portfolio reporting
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and execution skills
  • Comfortable working in a lean, hands‑on family office environment
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with portfolio management systems is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
  • CPA, CA, or CFA designation is a plus but not mandatory
