Job Description
Content Development
- Prepare materials for quarterly earnings releases, including presentations, MD&A, scripts, and potential Q&A documents.
- Support the production of the annual report by collaborating with internal teams
Investor Communication and Engagement
- Assist in organizing key investor events such as Annual General Meetings (AGMs), investor days, analyst meeting and site visits.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, ensuring all logistical and communication needs are met.
- Ensure all event materials are prepared and distributed according to timelines and quality standards.
- Respond to investor/analyst inquiries with accurate and relevant information in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the investor database, tracking interactions and feedback.
Market Monitoring and Analysis
- Conduct research on industry trends, peer group performance, and investor sentiment.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support IR strategies.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure all investor communications adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor adherence to blackout periods and regulatory restrictions for public communication.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with finance, accounting, strategy and commercial teams to gather data for investor communications.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experiences in Investor Relations.
- Able to work under pressure and under time constraint.
- Possesses strong in analysis, presentation skills.
- Handle multi-tasking and prioritize in a demanding environment.
- Fluent in English.
