Investor Relations Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

Perform financial reports and analyses for the management.

Collect data and provide reports of the Company's information for shareholders, investors and equity analysts.

Coordinate with the management to organize the analyst meetings, company visits, shareholders meetings, and other relevant IR activities.

Contact and maintain good relationships with shareholders, fund managers, investors, and equity analysts.

Monitor the soundness and validity of information disclosure on the company's website, update the information and coordinate with a web designer.

Responsible for the company's business plan press release and 56-1 one report.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or finance (from oversea or International program).
2. Minimum 3 years of audit experience with a major audit firm.
3. Good command of English: listening, speaking, and writing. (TOEIC score of at least 900 will be an advantage).
4. Details-oriented and analytical thinking.
5. Excellent in MS Office: EXCEL, PowerPoint.
