JOB OVERVIEW
Manager - Investor Relations will be responsible for managing communication between a company's corporate management and its investors. An Investor Relations Manager helps support releasing information, handling inquiries and meetings, providing feedback to management, and crisis management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish, manage, and maintain investor relations strategic plan and execution program in maintaining stability and fair market valuation of the company's share price, building positive relationship and investor's confidence in the company and management, and assuring precise understanding of the company and its strategies.
- Act as the company's spokesperson in communication with investment community. Periodically arrange various activities with investors, analysts and relevant stakeholders.
- Lead IR team in providing complete information to analysts/investors (local and international / institutional and individual), in a timely manner, with full compliance with SET/SEC regulations through various communication channels.
- In charge of the company's investor relations webpage and all information disclosure to investment community.
- Study analysts research reports on the company and its peers, summarize pros, and cons from analysts views, confirm accuracy of information, exchange idea in case of different points of view as well as periodically present findings / recommendations on the company's strategies to the company's management.
- Monitor the movement of the company's share price and the market on the report unusual events. Raise investor issues and perception to management and recommend investor relations activities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or MBA.
- At least 5 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, finance, audit or other related fields.
- Good command in Thai and English (speaking and writing).
- Excellent analytical skills and financial modeling.
- Good personality, good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with related software applications / AI tools.
