Responsible for supporting communication between the company and the investment community by delivering accurate, transparent, and timely information on financial performance, business strategy, and corporate developments.
We are looking for a dynamic professional with experience in listed companies, preferably in B2C or retail businesses. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to represent the company effectively in interactions with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare investor materials including presentations, earnings releases, annual reports, and shareholder documents.
Support preparation of 56-1 One Report, MD&A, SET/SEC disclosures, and other regulatory filings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent information disclosure.
Support investor meetings, analyst briefings, roadshows, and shareholder activities.
Monitor market trends, analyst coverage, and investor sentiment.
Ensure compliance with SET and SEC requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or Capital Markets.
Experience in listed companies is preferred.
Background in B2C, retail, or consumer businesses is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Confident and professional personality with the ability to engage effectively with investors and analysts.
Good analytical skills and understanding of financial statements.
