Job Summary
We are looking for an ISO Compliance Engineer to support the company's Quality, Information Security, and Environmental Management Systems. The successful candidate will help maintain ISO compliance, coordinate audits, and ensure documentation and processes meet certification requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update ISO-related documents, policies, and records.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO management systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, PDPA, and other applicable standards.
- Coordinate internal and external ISO audits and certification activities.
- Manage corrective action reports (CAR) and follow up on improvement actions.
- Prepare compliance reports and support management review meetings.
- Liaise with certification bodies, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with compliance administration and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Quality Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in ISO compliance, quality management, audit, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and PDPA.
- Experience supporting ISO audits and certification processes is preferred.
- Good documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
