The IT Application Development and Support Manager will lead IT system development and business application support to ensure alignment with business strategy and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP), overseeing vendor relationships, driving technology adoption, and enhancing team capabilities through training and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the organization's IT strategy in alignment with corporate goals
- Manage IT team and resources effectively to support enterprise application systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems meet business needs
- Oversee business application systems, including SAP
- Explore and implement new technologies to support innovation and competitiveness
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality delivery and support
- Drive team and support change management efforts across functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- 57 years experience in IT systems/application management, with leadership exposure
- Successfully led at least one ERP (SAP or equivalent) project as Project Manager
- Industry experience in FMCG is an advantage
