About the job

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commonly used software, hardware, and applications, particularly in the context of basic accounting and ordering and delivery management.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications. (Basic Accounting and Ordering and Delivery management).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues of In House system. (OSMS system, internal system (App/Web) where handling and finalizing a rental sales order).
  • Observational skills to recognize warning signs that indicate potential problems.
  • Think systematically for control process of extract data.
  • Understanding in data validation and how to check it.
  • Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards.
  • Support Q&A about Subscription System via LINE during business hours and sometimes out of business hours.
  • Support any ad-hoc activities as assigned by Subscription Business management not limiting to system, data, reporting related.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with software and hardware applications relevant to accounting and order management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data validation techniques and reporting tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
