Role Overview :
As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will analyze IT systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend strategic upgrades to enhance productivity and ensure alignment with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirement Discovery: Deeply understand customer needs and pain points to validate and define exact project requirements.
- Process Analysis: Analyze and document business processes and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Requirement Engineering: Develop comprehensive User Stories and Business Requirements, including Acceptance Criteria and user interactions with external partner teams.
- Technical Translation: Effectively transform business functions and requirements into actionable insights for design and development teams.
- Project Planning: Lead the overall requirement development process, including setting deadlines and prioritizing critical tasks.
- Problem Solving: Support internal teams and cross-functional units in problem-solving and work process optimization.
