About the Role
We are looking for a hands‑on IT Business Partner to bridge Global/Regional IT initiatives with local execution. This role partners closely with business leaders, translates enterprise solutions into the local context, and drives end‑to‑end delivery, adoption, and value realisation.
This is not a traditional IT operations role — it is an execution‑driven, business‑facing role with strong ownership of SAP and enterprise systems, change management, and delivery speed.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary IT Business Partner to Shiseido Thailand leadership, understanding end‑to‑end business operations and priorities, facilitating issue resolution and driving continuous improvement through technology.
- Lead the local execution of Global and Regional IT initiatives, ensuring effective localisation and adoption.
- Translate business needs into practical, scalable IT solutions, aligned with global standards.
- Take hands‑on ownership from requirements through rollout, stabilisation, and continuous improvement.
- Own SAP and enterprise application solutions and their integration across the business landscape.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and value realisation related to new IT system deployments, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
- Orchestrate cross‑functional teams and vendors with strong delivery speed and SLA focus.
Core Requirements
We are specifically looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT Engineering / Computer Science / Business Administration
- Proven experience as an IT Business Partner / Business Technology / Enterprise Applications leader
- Hands‑on delivery experience (not governance only) — from requirements to rollout
- Solid experience in analysis, design, implementation, and selection of IT systems e.g., Demand & Supply Planning, ERP, POS, WMS, DWH & BI, PDPA and IT infrastructure & security.
- Experience executing Global or Regional IT initiatives at local level
- Strong project execution discipline, clear delivery pipelines, and SLA ownership
- Ability to orchestrate diverse teams (IT support, systems, data, digital/e‑commerce, vendors)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology to real business impact
- Comfortable working in multinational, matrixed environments
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Good command of English (verbal and written) minimum TOEIC score 800
- Good MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio skills
