**Work onsite 5 Day/Week, BTS Chatujak
- Develop and implement IT Application Solutions strategy and governance for TTB Business Operations.
- Gather and consolidate business requirements, manage overall plan and timeline for solution delivery.
- Prioritize requirement portfolio with Business Representatives to manage delivery timelines.
- Design standard communication procedures for effective status updates on portfolio deliverables.
- Coordinate with Application Solution teams for solution design aligning with Target Operation Model.
- Promote and enforce IT strategy, procedures, and governance across business units.
- Handle special assignments from the Head of Application Solution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8-10 years of QA Management experience across multiple projects and platforms.
- Experience in quality assurance processes, compliance, and leading QA teams.
- Proficient in Test Automation for Functional and Performance testing.
- Strong leadership, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge in software testing methodologies, tools, SDLC, and Agile practices.
- Knowledge of cloud testing solutions is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- ISTQB, CSTE, or CASQ certification is a plus.
