Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud ERP and be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and providing ongoing support for Oracle modules. This role bridges the gap between business users and the technical team to ensure effective implementation and optimization of Oracle systems.
Job description
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Oracle applications.
- Write database triggers, PL/SOL and packages according to the business requirements
- Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite in PO, INV, AP, AR, OM and GL Modules.
- Solid understanding of database management, patching, tuning, backup and recovery.
- Develop and support configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training.
- Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping and process design stages of implementations, including scenario design, flow mapping.
- Create technical ERP documentation.
- Monitor EBS system and take action to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Transfer knowledge to team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management or related field
- 7+ years of experience with Oracle applications as a technical consultant
- Good knowledgeof Oracle apps standards, tablestructure, architecture and databases (min 3 years)or 3 implementations
- Experience in Oracle EBS reports, form, interfaces, customization experience with PL/SOL and workflow (AME)
- Expert in using tools like Toad, SOL navigator, SOL+
- Expertise in Oracle Form, Report and PL/SOL (min 5 year)
- Should have strong analy1icalskills, should be team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking andcoordination skills.
- DBA skill is a plus
- Good at English communication
