About the role

This role drives the activation of strategic IT&D initiatives and ensures successful deployment of global programs at the factory. It acts as the key link between site leadership and stakeholders, fostering clear communication and commitment to the transformation journey

.Based on-site, the role supports health & hygiene factory transformation by working closely with leadership to implement global standards for business, process, data, and technology. It ensures local needs are addressed while contributing to innovation programs. Responsibilities include monitoring IT support services, managing communications and escalations during critical issues, and maintaining a stable factory IT ecosystem

Your responsibilitie

  • Build strong relationships with Reckitt's Manufacturing community (both virtual and in-person), as well as global Health & Hygiene and IT team
  • Engage at both strategic and operational levels, connecting with factory leadership and shopfloor personne
  • Confidently guide and challenge leaders using excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Operate in a matrix environment, supporting Solutions Delivery and Demand Management
  • Oversee manufacturing operations, understand processes, and present solutions to business teams while clearly articulating technical issues to delivery team
  • Develop expertise in key Reckitt applications and leverage their benefit
  • Ensure compliance with global technical and information standard

The experience we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant industry, ideally in manufacturing, IT, or digital transformatio
  • Experience managing or supporting IT systems within an operational or factory environmen
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at multiple level
  • Experience delivering or supporting digital, automation, or Industry 4.0 initiative

The skills for success

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, IT&D operating models, Industrial Automation, and Industry 4.0
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and clarify complex situation
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments; proactive and improvement-focuse
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; adaptable to a wide range of audience
  • Strong business acumen and problem‑solving abilities
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking
