Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide IT and digital strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across ERP, cloud, automation, and business intelligence.
- Build and oversee the IT roadmap, including ERP (NAV/365) optimization and cloud modernization.
- Establish data governance and develop centralized data architecture such as Data Lake/Data Warehouse.
- Prepare the organization for AI adoption through data standardization and analytics capability.
- Manage enterprise systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and continuous system improvement.
- Lead IT governance, risk management, and compliance with PDPA, SET regulations, and internal audit standards.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategy, including prevention, incident response, and awareness programs.
- Shape IT architecture to support business expansion, including cross-border growth.
- Lead and develop IT teams while partnering with C-level executives, managing budgets, and optimizing vendors.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Director should have:
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Brings 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in senior leadership.
- Strong track record in ERP management, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365.
- Proven expertise in cloud architecture and cybersecurity governance.
- Experienced with data architecture, BI tools, or AIdriven transformation.
- Deep understanding of PDPA, IT audit, risk management, and internal controls.
- Strategic, businessminded leader capable of driving digital transformation and influencing executives.
