IT Executive

This is a full-time, on-site IT Executive role located in Taman Putra Kajang. The IT Executive will oversee daily IT operations, provide technical support to staff, manage network systems, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Additional responsibilities include maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring technology aligns with organizational goals, and supporting the team in optimizing systems and processes.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for hardware and software issues
• Strong knowledge of Network Administration and IT Operations
• Experience in various aspects of Information Technology, including system management and infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Relevant certifications in IT or a related field are advantageous
• A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred
