We are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead to modernize and scale our global technology foundation across all regions and business units. This role goes beyond traditional operationsdriving operational excellence, identity modernization, unified service delivery, and the foundations needed for an AI-ready enterprise.
What You'll Lead
- Modernize IT operations with unified ticketing, SLAs/SLOs, KPIs, dashboards, and scalable service desk standards.
- Transform support into a proactive, automation-driven operations hub.
- Modernize identity & access using Microsoft Entra (SSO, MFA, conditional access, lifecycle governance).
- Overhaul SharePoint and knowledge repositories; strengthen data classification, governance, and Purview integration.
- Drive modernization of workplace tech, Microsoft 365, networks, cloud, and collaboration platforms.
- Oversee enterprise change management, operational governance, and CABs to ensure stability and transparency.
- Partner across Architecture, Security, Data, and Digital to align operations with long-term strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, identity, or service delivery leadership roles.
- Experience modernizing multi-region operations at scale.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra (Azure AD), identity governance, and conditional access.
- Proven success designing service desk models, KPIs, automation workflows, and operational dashboards.
- Knowledge of SharePoint governance, Purview, and enterprise information management.
- Solid understanding of hybrid cloud, networks, endpoint management, and operational security.
- Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to drive alignment and eliminate siloed operations.
