IT Infrastructure System

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, operating systems, network infrastructure, and related IT equipment.
• Research and recommend appropriate IT infrastructure standards and technologies for use across the organization.
• Improve and develop server and network infrastructure to keep pace with evolving technologies.
• Support and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) plans for servers and core network systems.
• Manage and monitor daily, monthly, and annual backup operations, including data recovery testing.
• Maintain infrastructure and supporting systems within the Data Center.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering servers, networks, devices, and network connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security controls.
• Troubleshoot and support IP Phone, Internet, Intranet, and E-mail systems.
• Monitor and manage IT security systems, including intrusion prevention, antivirus, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
• Provide technical advice and support to internal users and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for IT infrastructure installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support annual IT infrastructure planning and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Management, or a related field.
• 7–9 years of experience working with Server and Operating System environments such as:
• Microsoft Windows Server
• Unix / Linux
• Microsoft Windows
• 7–9 years of experience in LAN / WAN network infrastructure.
• Strong experience with RDBMS, applications, and related tools.
• Good knowledge of IT Security, Internet, and E-mail systems.
• Experience with IP Phone and CCTV systems is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Network Communication and IT Security.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to technology changes and continuously improve IT infrastructure and operational reliability.
