Job Summary
- Junior to Middle-level of Infrastructure Project Manager
- To support the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring
- alignment with organizational objectives and adherence to best practices.
- To work closely with senior IT Infrastructure engineers, IT Planning, IT Operation,
- Information Security Office and cross-functional teams to facilitate project timelines,
- resource allocation, and stakeholder communications
Job Description
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and
- ensure clarity
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate regular project meetings, documenting minutes and action items
- Support budget tracking and resource management to ensure projects are delivered on
- time and within budget
- Contribute to project documentation and reporting to communicate status updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in project manager, preferably in an IT Infrastructure environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understand the concept of Virtualization such as VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V
- Understand concept of CMDB and how it works
- Understand concept of Linux, OCP
Preferred:
- Familiarity with project management in IT Infrastructure
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and best practices
- Understand the structure of project budget (CAPEX, OPEX, On-going cost)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
