Job Description
- Develop and execute IT strategies, budgets, and operational plans aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, databases, and business applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Lead enterprise system initiatives, enhancements, integrations, and process improvement projects.
- Drive cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery programs.
- Ensure IT governance, compliance, and best practice adoption across the organization.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and service-level performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the local IT team while fostering a high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and IT operations, including people management responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
- Experience supporting ERP platforms and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, database management, and IT service management practices.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
