IT Manager

What you'll do

You'll co-lead and mentor a mid-sized software development team, ensuring projects are well planned, priorities are clear, and delivery stays on track as the organisation scales. Working closely with local leadership and international IT stakeholders, you'll help translate strategy into execution, oversee technical planning and resource allocation, and create an environment where teams can perform at their best.

What you'll need

• 35+ years experience leading software development teams or technical projects
• A strong understanding of software delivery in structured, product-driven environments
• ERP product experience or exposure to complex business systems (highly desirable)
• Confident English communication skills and experience working with global stakeholders
• A calm, mature leadership style with a proactive and structured approach
• Willingness to relocate to Phuket and commit to an onsite leadership role
