If you're a hands-on IT leader who sees technology as a growth enabler rather than just a support function, this role offers the chance to shape and scale the global IT foundation of a fast-growing SaaS business.

This isn't a traditional back-office IT management position. You'll take ownership of a Bangkok-based team that plays a critical role in global engineering operations, transforming IT into a secure, automated, and highly scalable platform that supports teams working across multiple continents.

What you'll be doing

You'll oversee the day-to-day stability and long-term evolution of IT operations for a remote-first organisation. Your focus will span both strategy and delivery: shaping the long-term infrastructure roadmap while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You'll implement scalable onboarding and offboarding processes, strengthen security practices, and ensure the company's systems remain compliant and audit-ready. Alongside this, you'll manage a shift-based support structure to maintain reliable global coverage.

The role also requires strong communication with senior stakeholderstranslating technical initiatives into clear business outcomes while ensuring IT remains aligned with the company's growth plans.

Your background

  • Experience leading IT operations teams, ideally within fast-paced or high-availability environments.
  • Strong familiarity with modern workplace tooling, particularly cloud identity platforms and Apple device management ecosystems.
  • Understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar governance standards.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams across different regions.
  • A strong automation mindset, with a focus on reducing manual processes and improving operational efficiency.
