Position Overview:
We're seeking a Officer/Senior IT Operations Engineer to manage, optimize, and support our cloud-native lending platform. You'll be responsible for ensuring 99.9% uptime, maintaining fast processing, and providing comprehensive application support for our financial technology stack. This role combines infrastructure operations, application support, and performance optimization to deliver exceptional reliability for our mission-critical lending services across Thailand's ecosystem.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Officer:3+ years/Senior:5+ years experiencesof production operations experience in financial services or high-transaction environments.
- Application Support Experience: Strong background in L2/L3 application support and production troubleshooting.
- Cloud Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, including EC2,ECS,EKS, RDS, ElastiCache, S3 and VPC
- Database Administration: Strong experience with RDS PostgreSQL and Elastic Cache Redis in production environments.
- Container Technologies: Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Monitoring Tools: Experience with Cloud Watch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar monitoring solutions.
- Application Performance: Experience with APM tools like New Relic, Datadog, or Application Insights.
- Scripting & Automation: Strong skills in Bash/Shell Scripts/Terraform or Ansible for automation and tooling.
- Debugging Skills: Proficient in application debugging, log analysis, and performance profiling.
Skill and knowledge:
- Lending/Credit Systems: Previous experience with loan origination or credit decision systems.
- External API Integration: Experience managing integrations with external financial services.
- Thai Market Knowledge: Understanding of Thai financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Fintech Operations: Experience in startup or fintech environments with rapid scaling needs.
