Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • IT Expense and Investment Management: Plan, control, and monitor IT-related expenditures and investments.
  • IT Operations Daily Reports: Collect data and generate daily IT operations reports for operation tracking and evaluation.
  • IT Asset Management: Oversee and maintain IT assets, including hardware and software, as well as recording and verifying asset status.
  • IT Vendor and Contract Agreement Management: Coordinate with IT vendors and internal partners, including reviewing and preparing various contracts to meet internal requirement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Administration, IT Planning or IT Coordinator roles.
  • Excellent report generation and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in IT asset life cycle management.
  • Excellent in negotiation with IT vendor.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Thai and English.
