Job Description

Role Summary

The Overall PM Lead will lead project management across the BankX program, responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, ensuring cross-workstream alignment, and resolving complex execution challenges in a high-pressure, multi-vendor environment.

This role goes beyond reporting — it requires hands-on leadership to drive outcomes, unblock teams, and enforce delivery discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead and oversee all Project Managers across squads and workstreams
  • Drive end-to-end delivery execution aligned with program milestones
  • Ensure strong linkage between business, product, and technology delivery

Cross-Workstream Orchestration

  • Identify and manage dependencies across squads and workstreams
  • Resolve cross-team conflicts and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Act as the central point to drive decision-making and escalation

Execution & Issue Resolution

  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks — and drive resolution to closure
  • Ensure teams move from status reporting to actual problem solving and progress
  • Step in hands-on when needed to unblock critical paths

Governance & Ways of Working

  • Establish and enforce PM standards, governance, and delivery discipline
  • Ensure consistent use of tools and processes (e.g., backlog, RAID logs)
  • Drive cadence across teams (stand-ups, syncs, escalation forums)

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with C-level stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
  • Provide clear, concise updates with focus on decisions, risks, and actions
  • Align multiple stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment

Required Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of experience in project/program management
  • Proven track record managing large-scale programs (> THB 300M)
  • Strong consulting background (e.g., Accenture, Big4, top-tier firms)
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • SDLC / technology implementation
  • Complex, multi-vendor environments
  • Strong banking domain knowledge, including:
  • Digital banking (mobile app)
  • Core banking / payments / lending
  • Banking operations and regulatory context
  • Experience working in cross-cultural, regional teams
  • Excellent English communication skills
