Company Overview:
We are building Ost Infinity, a GenAI-powered cybersecurity anomaly detection platform leveraging real-time user metadata (IP, geolocation, packets, sessions) to detect abnormal behaviour using explainable AI models. Our platform is designed on an event-driven, scalable cloud-native architecture using Kafka, MongoDB, FastAPI, and advanced AI/ML pipelines deployed on AWS.
As a Project Manager, you are the central link between Product Manager, UX/UI designer, AI/ML Engineers, Developers, Infrastructure engineers, Sales, Customer Care, and our international customers. You ensure that complex projects are structured, delivered on time, and executed with maximum customer satisfaction from the testing phase all the way to a successful roll-out.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.
Hands on Experience:
- At least eight (8) years of recent professional experience in program / project planning, management and successful delivery of complex cross functional or interdependent projects, some of which should be at the global or international level.
- At least 5 years of experience in classic project management ideally in the Cybersecurity or IT or FinTech environment
- 5+ years experience in technical project management or Agile product delivery, in digital, cloud, software, or data-driven environments.
- Experience in collaborating with teams (physically or virtually) in an international and multi-cultural environment whilst producing results.
- Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.
- A background in software engineering, data engineering, or strong experience working closely with such teams, hands on experience is preferred.
- Hands on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and incremental delivery.
- Strong grasp of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and understanding of modern software delivery practices.
- Proven success in building customer relationships, managing competing priorities, and navigating ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to align cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage executive reporting.
- Commercially astute understanding cost, value, and the balance between scope, speed, and quality.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
- Proven experience in writing project plans and project-related documentation.
- Experience in facilitating workshops, presentations to senior stakeholders and managing change in a federated (decentralized) organization.

- Proven skills in the areas of project management, change management, building trust, planning, organizing, resourcing with careful attention to detail to continuously monitor progress actions and initiatives.
- Independent management of customer and integration projects in the IT environment
- Planning, coordination and tracking of project milestones
- Interface management between internal teams (product, tech, legal, compliance) and external stakeholders
- Support with requirements management and technical implementation
- Ensuring schedules, quality and budgets are met
- Risk management, reporting and continuous communication at all levels
- Ability to adapt and manage deliverables and resources in a climate of change and to think and act quickly, sometimes under pressure yet remain effective.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with teams in an international, multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment; separated by geographical locations and working under different time-zones.
- Ability to promote best practices, advise on improvements, independently perform research, and apply information from a broad range of sources.

Education Qualifications:
- First-level university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Professional qualification or foundation certification in project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince 2, Agile SCRUM.
