Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise initiatives in a hybrid delivery environment. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination and the ability to drive alignment between business, technical teams and external vendors. You will play a key role in ensuring successful project execution from initiation through go-live and handover.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring and closure across Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies
  • Engage and align diverse stakeholders, including Digital Line Partners, Product Owners and vendors
  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Manage resource allocation, team formation and vendor coordination, including contract and performance management
  • Ensure alignment between business, technical teams and PMO governance standards
  • Support go-live readiness, stabilization and final handover
  • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of architecture dependencies and ability to collaborate with technical SMEs
  • Experience managing procurement and vendor engagements, including bidding and package preparation
  • Proven ability to drive hybrid delivery models, combining Waterfall and Agile/Scrum practices
  • PMP certification
  • Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM)
  • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps and dashboarding tools
  • Experience delivering large-scale enterprise projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional proficiency in English and Thai, both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience working within regional or multinational environments
  • Familiarity with digital transformation programs
  • Exposure to regulated industry environments
