Role Summary:
- Manage and follow up on all deliverables within the Infrastructure and Digital Workplace streams of the relocation project:
-IT Infrastructure requirement and compliance
-Network server and internet access
-CCTV, Cable network, server room and telephone system
- Close alignment and coordinate with the overall Business PM, and key stakeholders in the Infrastructure and Digital Workplace teams (Directors, Architects, etc.).
- Work closely with hardware vendors, ensuring timely delivery and installation of network and digital workplace equipment.
- Project status updates to the Business PM and key stakeholders.
- Identify dependencies and risks and ensure that mitigation plans are in place.
- Tight coordination with the construction company to ensure infrastructure requirements, such as structured cabling, cooling, power supply, etc. are properly reflected in their project and implemented by the responsible entity accordingly.
