Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify gaps, and design standardized and improved processes.
Own and manage end-to-end IT projects by developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, followed by executing, continuously monitoring progress, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Identify, analyze, and drive process improvement initiatives across business operations, including designing and proposing technology-driven solutions (e.g., Digital Transformation, Automation, AI, system implementation) to address business challenges and improve workflows.
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development and implementation teams.
Lead and facilitate all project-related activities, including meetings, workshops, requirement sessions, progress updates, and user training; oversee end-to-end system implementation, including SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation evaluation to ensure successful delivery and solution effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, data, operations) to implement solutions effectively and on schedule.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners for system implementation, integration, or outsourcing initiatives.
Define and track success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expected outcomes.
Establish and monitor internal controls post-implementation to ensure users adopt solutions effectively and follow defined processes; conduct audits to assess usage accuracy, compliance, and identify gaps for further improvement.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management or related roles (e.g., Business Analyst, System Analyst, Assistant PM).
Understanding of data structures, information flow, and system relationships (e.g., ER diagrams).
Hands-on experience with SQL and Excel for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
Experience in process improvement, system implementation, or IT audit is a plus.
Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
