We are looking for an IT Project Manager to manage software development projects and lead our developer team. This role works with clients, gathers business requirements, and turns them into technical tasks for the team. You will work in an Agile process and help ensure projects are delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Manage software development projects from start to finish
- Work with clients to understand business requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks
- Lead and support the developer team in daily work
- Plan project timelines and coordinate tasks using Agile methods
- Solve project and technical issues when they arise
- Research and test new tools and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Experience in software project management
- Strong knowledge of software development
- Experience working with and managing developer teams
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile development process
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
