Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates technical skills effectively.
